Job Description
Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members. Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration. exhibition stand planning knowledge is must .Planning and Strategy:
Set clear goals and objectives for the team or department. Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.Resource Management:
Ensure that the team has the necessary resources (staff, budget, tools) to perform effectively. Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on team members' strengths and abilities. Oversee scheduling and workload distribution.Communication:
Act as a liaison between upper management and team members. Communicate organizational goals, expectations, and updates to the team. Hold regular team meetings to discuss progress and any challenges.Decision-Making:
Make important decisions regarding project direction. Analyze data and reports to make informed decisions. Resolve issues that require managerial intervention.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
