Job Description

The Projects Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all construction project operations across multiple sites in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures the successful execution of projects by managing Project Managers, aligning project delivery with company goals, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. The Projects Director will work closely with management team to provide strategic input, updates, and ensure optimal project outcomes.

Lead, manage, and support all Project Managers across active construction projects. Monitor the performance of projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client requirements. Provide expert guidance on resolving project-related issues, risks, and delays. Review and validate project reports submitted by Project Managers and provide consolidated executive reports. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, provide oversight, and ensure smooth execution of project plans. Maintain communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role. Proven experience managing construction projects and project teams. Strong understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations, and local authority processes. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, make high-level decisions, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
