We are looking for a dynamic
Project Sales Manager
with strong technical and sales experience in the MEP sector to drive our project-based business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue project sales opportunities within the MEP sector (consultants, contractors, developers).
Promote and specify products including electric/solar water heaters, filtration systems, and water pumps into active and upcoming projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
Track and manage the project sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
Conduct technical presentations, project meetings, and site visits as required.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
Maintain an updated pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 7 years of experience in project sales of MEP products (especially water systems).
Strong network with consultants, contractors, and project influencers in the region.
Familiarity with technical specifications and tender processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project tracking skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel.
