Job Description
HEDES is seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Project Sales Manager to join our esteemed team. As the Project Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing lighting projects, while effectively promoting and selling HEDES\'s diverse range of lighting solutions. Responsibilities: Project Acquisition:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential projects and opportunities within Dubai and the GCC region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire lighting projects that align with HEDES\'s product offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
- Promote HEDES\'s diverse product range, including decorative lighting, bespoke chandeliers, lighting design, landscape lighting, outdoor lighting, and LED products.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored lighting solutions.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Stay updated on HEDES\'s extensive product range and industry trends.
- Provide clients with expert advice on selecting the most suitable lighting solutions for their projects.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, industry trends, and client preferences.
- Provide regular reports to the leadership team on project sales activities and market insights.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in project sales and business development, preferably within the lighting industry.
- In-depth understanding of the Dubai and GCC market, with a focus on lighting projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
