Project Sales Manager Bathroom Fittings
Job Description
Responsibilities
Identify and develop project opportunities within the construction and hospitality sectors, including residential, commercial, and government projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers - consultants, architects, developers, and MEP contractors.
Coordinate with the principal company for pricing, approvals and product selections as per project requirements.
Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and contribution to overall company revenue goals.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Report & Analysis :
.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior
management.
.Analyze project and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
.Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions to maintain market
leadership.
Project Coordination & Execution
.Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
.Follow up on project deadlines, material submittals, and approvals to prevent delays.
Address clients concerns, handle escalations, and ensure top quality service and satisfaction.
