Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials industry.
Promote and sell a diverse range of building materials to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional service.
Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.
Reporting & Coordination
Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the
building materials or construction industry
(preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driver's license with access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
