We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales Executive

with expertise in

Project Sales of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary installations.

The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining relationships within the construction and building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new customers in the building materials sector.

- Promote and sell the company's range of building materials to contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

- Properly document sales contracts and agreements.

Reporting and Coordination:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred.
