Job Description

We are seeking a

highly skilled and results-driven Project Sales Executive

to promote and sell our range of high-quality sanitary ware, ceramics, and related products to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships within the construction, renovation, and interior design industries, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our sanitary ware products. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as contractors, consultants, and designers. Provide valuable market feedback to management to support product development and marketing efforts. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product line -- including specifications, advantages, and applications. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure excellent after-sales service. Follow up on quotations and leads to ensure timely order processing and closing of deals. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets. Coordinate with internal teams

Gender:

Male or Female Proven experience in

outdoor/project sales

, preferably in

sanitary ware, ceramics, or construction-related industries

. Strong understanding of

sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship management

. Excellent communication and presentation skills in

English

(Arabic is an advantage). Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills suitable for client-facing roles. Must hold a

valid UAE driving license

and be willing to travel within the UAE. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
