Role Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Project Sales Executive

to lead the sales cycle for high-end window treatment solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and overseeing projects from concept through successful installation.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:



Lead Generation:

Identify and engage with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and project managers to develop new project opportunities.

Pipeline Management:

Build, track, and nurture a robust pipeline of active and upcoming projects.

Sales Closure:

Deliver compelling proposals and presentations, securing project awards and achieving sales targets.

Technical Consultation & Project Advisory:



Needs Assessment:

Conduct thorough site inspections to assess project requirements, take accurate measurements, and recommend tailored shading solutions.

Technical Guidance:

Advise clients on product specifications, motorization options, automation integration, and material selections.

Project Coordination & Delivery:



Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with design, technical, and installation teams to ensure alignment on project specifications, schedules, and deliverables.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage project proposals, technical drawings, BOQs, and all related documentation for client approvals.

Execution Oversight:

Supervise project implementation, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure installations meet quality and timeline expectations.

Client Relationship Management:



After-Sales Service:

Provide post-installation support, addressing maintenance needs, system upgrades, and additional requirements.

Relationship Building:

Maintain regular communication with clients to promote repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:



Competitive Analysis:

Monitor market trends, emerging products, and competitor strategies to inform business development efforts.

Reporting:

Submit periodic reports detailing project updates, sales activities, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of proven success in project-based sales, preferably in window treatments, automation, curtains, blinds, or fit-out sectors. Hands-on experience with motorized shading systems and smart automation solutions is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
