Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Sales Executive to join our team in the infrastructure construction industry. who will be responsible for identifying and securingproject-based sales opportunities, building strong relationships with contractors, developers,consultants, and government entities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new project sales opportunities in the infrastructure construction sector. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government clients. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations. Track and manage project sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcominginfrastructure projects (Civil, Power & Steel) in the UAE. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in B2B/project sales within the infrastructure industry. Strong network with contractors, consultants, developers, and government authorities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of UAE's construction regulations and project tendering processes is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for client visits)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
