. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders, and achieving sales targets within the architectural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architectural and construction sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and technical) to prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals.
Negotiate terms and close sales contracts to achieve or exceed set targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within architectural, construction, or building materials industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
