. The candidate will be responsible for driving project sales, managing client relationships, and providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
HVAC and Split A/C projects
.
Manage the entire sales cycle from
lead generation, project bidding, negotiations, to order closure
.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with
consultants, contractors, and end-users
.
Prepare and deliver
technical and commercial proposals
.
Coordinate with internal teams for
project execution, installation, and commissioning
.
Meet and exceed assigned
sales targets and business growth objectives
.
Keep updated with
industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
in HVAC.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
.
2-5 years' proven experience
in project sales of Split A/C and HVAC products.
Strong technical knowledge of
air-conditioning systems and solutions
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to work independently and achieve
sales targets
.
Valid
driving license
(preferred).
