Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop project sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
Present and promote the company's architectural and building products to project decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver competitive technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to project execution and post-sales follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, procurement) to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, project updates, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of project sales experience
in the UAE construction or architectural industry.
Strong professional network of consultants, contractors, and developers in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
