We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Project Sales Executive
to manage end-to-end project sales activities across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, existing relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers, and the ability to close high-value projects by aligning client needs with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through project leads, market intelligence, and networking.
Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand project scope and requirements.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and BOQs in line with project specifications.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, logistics, and installation) for seamless project execution.
Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction from concept to handover.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming projects in Qatar.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in project-based sales in Qatar or GCC.
Solid understanding of the local construction and fit-out industry landscape.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
Arabic language skills are a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
