Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Project Sales Executive
to drive our high-end window treatment solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. In this role, you will lead the entire sales cycle--from generating leads to securing projects, conducting technical consultations, and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling while maintaining a strong technical understanding to align with our innovative smart home and interior fit-out offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Lead Generation:
Proactively engage with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and project managers.
Identify and qualify new project opportunities across multiple sectors.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and future projects.
Track and manage sales activities to ensure a steady flow of business.
Sales Closure:
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Technical Consultation & Project Advisory
Needs Assessment:
Conduct site visits to assess shading, automation requirements, and project specifications.
Take accurate measurements and analyze project goals.
Product & System Guidance:
Recommend suitable products including motorized systems, smart control integrations, and materials that meet client needs.
Ensure technical alignment with design and functionality requirements.
Project Coordination & Delivery
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal design, technical, and installation teams to ensure project specifications, timelines, and deliverables are in sync.
Project Documentation:
Prepare detailed proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical drawings, and secure necessary approvals.
Client Relationship Management
Post-Sales Support:
Provide comprehensive after-sales service including system support, maintenance, and assistance with potential upgrades.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Competitive Monitoring:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in smart shading and interior solutions.
Experience
3-5 years
of proven success in project-based sales.
Preferably experienced within the window treatments, shading systems, automation, curtains/blinds, or interior fit-out industries.
Hands-on experience with motorized shading systems and smart home integrations is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Sales Acumen:
Strong consultative sales expertise combined with excellent negotiation skills.
Communication:
Superior communication and presentation abilities.
Technical Insight:
In-depth understanding of curtain/blind systems, automation controls, and architectural detailing.
Project Management:
Self-driven, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Driving License:
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
