Requirements:



BE Civil Engineer or any Bachelor's Degree

2-5 years of experience in Technical Services Sales, Renovation Sales, or Contracting Sales

Role & Responsibilities:



Conduct sales site visits for general maintenance, renovation, fit-out, contracting, and interior works (telephone and direct visits).

Support sales team in lead conversion, quotations, and job estimations.

Attend client meetings and coordinate project execution from start to handover.

Ensure site safety and compliance with HSE standards.

Handle project closure, billing, and obtain customer feedback.
