Job Description

We are now seeking a

high-performing Sales Engineer

to replace a long-serving team member and

drive substantial monthly sales volume

across the UAE.

Role Overview

This is a

revenue-critical position

. The ideal candidate is a technically sound Sales Engineer who can

independently generate, manage, and close high-value projects

. You will be responsible for bringing consistent, large-volume sales into Alpha through contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Generate

new business and recurring monthly sales

across industrial, commercial, and residential door systems Actively develop relationships with

contractors, consultants, developers, facility managers, and end users

Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and solution recommendations Prepare

technical proposals, BOQs, specifications, and commercial offers

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and installation teams Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio while aggressively expanding new accounts Track leads, pipeline, and monthly targets with clear reporting to management Represent Alpha professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry interactions

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years experience

as a Sales Engineer in the

doors, construction, building materials, or industrial systems

sector Proven ability to

generate large monthly sales volumes

, not just follow up on inbound inquiries Strong technical understanding of

industrial doors, roller shutters, sectional doors, steel doors, or similar systems

Established network within the UAE construction and industrial market is a

major advantage

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets Valid UAE driving license
