The Project Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with internal engineering and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for engineering projects
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare project proposals, quotations, and contracts
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Track project progress and manage key milestones
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
1-2 years of experience in technical sales, project engineering, or related role
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand client requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
