. The candidate will manage sales, tendering, and technical submissions while building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and Civil Defence authorities in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities in
fire stopping and passive fire protection
.
Prepare and submit
tenders, quotations, and technical submittals
in line with Dubai Civil Defence requirements.
Conduct
client visits, site surveys, and technical presentations
.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure
UL/FM-approved fire stopping systems
are sourced and submitted.
Support project documentation,
HSE compliance (RAMS, MSDS, PPE records)
, and material approvals.
Achieve and exceed
monthly sales targets
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
.
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in fire stopping / passive fire protection.
Strong understanding of
Dubai Civil Defence approval processes

Background in
technical tendering, sourcing, and project documentation
