Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Project Relations Manager

to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients, internal teams, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal project teams Facilitate effective communication and coordination across all project phases Ensure timely resolution of issues, conflicts, or misunderstandings between stakeholders Maintain updated records of project status, meeting notes, and client communications Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and project review sessions Support business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities Represent the company professionally in all project-related discussions and negotiations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client or project relations, preferably within the construction or engineering sector Must possess a valid UAE driving license Fluency in

Arabic

language is an advantage Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
