MISSION : Participation effective dans les réunions Corum projet Etablir le plan qualité projet pour assurer application des exigences client sur site Contribuer à l'évaluation de la criticité et les risques process / Produit Faire l'interface entre les clients et le site Guider l'équipe projet pour comprendre les aspects Qualité et les exigence clients Animer et coordonner la comité qualité projet Assurer la réponse aux réclamations client sur le portail et assurer la communication au shop floor Assurer le suivi d'état d'avancement 8D (D4-D6-D8) Faire le Reporting nécessaire des indicateurs site sous sa responsabilité Participer au réunion client Assurer le bon démarrage projet via le process release Être le garant du hand over du projet entre PME et Manufacturing Assurer l'approbation et le suivi des dérogations clients et leurs remboursements à temps

SITUATION DU POSTE: Rattaché au Manager qualité

CRITERES DE SELECTION: Contrat CDI, Ancienneté > 4 ans minimum Une expérience en qualité est obligatoire (Même si Hors ALSTOM) Une expérience en gestion d'équipe (Hiérarchique / Transverse) Très bonne maitrise des procédés fabrication industrielle

DIPLOME: Bac + 5 / Ingénieur / Master technique

Profile: Bon niveau en langue française et anglaise à l'écrit comme à l'oral Maitrise des outils de la qualité 8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5 pourquoi Maitrise des AMDEC et contrôle plan Dynamique, rigoureux et motivé, Esprit d'équipe, Très bon relationnel Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
