Wood is currently recruiting for Project QA Specialist to join Al Dhafra Petroleum project. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Successful candidate should be able to perform the following duties:
Able to conduct gap analysis of existing projects and related procurement processes and standards and highlight findings and corrective actions
Identify key issues within projects and propose process enhancements and update projects and related integrated documents and manuals (e.g. procurement and finance)
Able to review or create required projects control procedures and QA/QC procedures or guidelines including forms and templates
Superb analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent computer skills in particular advanced skills in the use of excel and PowerPoint
High communication skills: able to coordinate with project teams to identify gaps and areas of concerns in QA/QC, conduct self assessment and prepare quality presentation to describe current issues, methodology, proposed recommendations
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 15+ years of Oil and Gas experience.
Previous Experience in Procurement support activities in EPC/PMC projects.
Middle East experience preferred
Exposure to ADNOC Contracts desirably but not mandatory
