Coordinate daily with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow
Retail Fit-Out Execution
Plan and oversee execution of flooring, wall finishes, lighting, fixtures, and cabinetry installations
Ensure fit-out aligns with
design specs and visual merchandising standards
Quality & Site Control
Schedule and conduct
site inspections
to verify workmanship and design compliance
Flag issues early and implement
corrective actions
to maintain standards
Health & Safety
Enforce
site safety protocols
and conduct regular audits
Address HSE concerns promptly and communicate with site teams
Budget & Cost Tracking
Monitor costs vs. budget and flag any variances
Suggest
cost-saving options
without compromising design or quality
Documentation & Reporting
Keep updated records of drawings, material approvals, and supplier coordination
Prepare and submit
weekly progress reports
and maintain a list of completed/pending tasks
