QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (as OSH Manager, Lead or above) Post-Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5) or Level 6. ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification. Shall have minimum 15 years experience in Health and Safety domain.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), Project EHS Plan, EHS Policy, Operational Control Procedures and other EHS Documents. Implement and monitor the EHSMS performance of the company. Conduct EHS Internal Audits and Inspections. Reviewing Method Statement (MS) and preparing Task Risk Assessment (TRA). Conduct near miss, incident and accident investigation. Proficient in Windows Offices such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point Presentation. Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment. Possess strong sense of leadership and management skills. Able to manage and lead HSE team Knowledge in Al Dar OSH requirements. Plan, Lead, and participate in job site safety meetings. Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment. Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.
