As a Project Operations Analyst, you will work seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application are understood and have been considered You will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies Identifying and breaking down project tasks into manageable work packages Tracking project progress between SD & SDT against the plan and making adjustments as needed. Identifying and managing project risks and participating in risk management activities. Developing and maintaining project baselines and forecasts. Collaborating with SD & SDT and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Implementing and leveraging project management software for planning, scheduling, and reporting and analysis. Utilizing data analysis tools to track project performance and identify trends. Utilizing collaboration tools to facilitate communication and information sharing. Staying up-to-date on emerging digital project management tools and technologies. Possessing a strong understanding of the API wellhead and X-mass tree technical aspects of the services being delivered. Collaborating with service delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Ensuring project compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics. Have excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills. Have minimum 5 years of experience with Surface Wellhead and Christmas Tree product, with deep knowledge with API 6A and API 16A standard. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
