THE ROLE

Temenos is hiring for the role of Senior Sales Operations Analyst – Middle East & Africa. This role reports into the Sale Operations Manager of the Internationals Regions and is responsible for supporting regional sales operations of Middle East & Africa. The role will be involved in supporting sales forecasting, monitoring & reporting of sales related KPIs, supporting the adoption & enablement of sales tools and processes, as well as supporting the region’s use of CRM and revenue operations platform. This role works closely with the Internationals Sales Operations Manager, regional sales leader, regional finance, and other regional and global functions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Trusted partner of the regional sales leader, providing critical insights from business acumen and information analysis.
  • Using the new revenue operations platform, support and coordinate the weekly license and SaaS forecast with regional sales and operations leaders.
  • Enable reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators for regional sales activity, prospecting, and pipeline; track, report, and publish these KPIs to generate actionable insights for all sales members within the region.
  • Drive the end-of-quarter deal review countdown process and liaise with software delivery, revenue recognition, legal, and services team members.
  • Own execution of the weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales organization cadence within the Middle East & Africa region (Rhythm of the Business).
  • Represent regional sales on global initiatives and projects.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to be used in executive summaries to the President of Internationals and presentations to the Executive Committee.
  • Support the onboarding of new sales hires by teaching on sales related tools and processes.
  • Be a consultative, proactive business partner outside of sales.Liaise with global sales operations, regional finance, and regional pre-sales, marketing, product, IT, services, and support functions in executing the responsibilities listed above.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of sales operations and finance related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A demonstrated ability to assess regional business trends and identify actionable insights for sales and operations leadership to improve or implement process excellence.
  • Leadership ability to mentor junior operations analysts.
  • Experience in the software industry with license and SaaS business models is a requirement; Banking industry experience preferred.
  • Experience leading operational initiatives combined with problem solving, project management, and analytical experience.
  • Willingness and ability to lead through the service of various cross-functional groups.
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • English required. Spanish and English language capabilities preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com.
  • Experience using Clari, or a similar revenue operations platform, preferred.
