About the Position: Project Director (PD) is responsible for driving our creative process forward, works closely with our project teams to make sure we deliver on brief, on budget and on schedule. Our project directors are the core of our teams. They are the key to our promise that we can deliver what we imagine.

Responsibilities:




Lead and inspire a dynamic design team, promoting collaboration and innovation within the workspace. Leverage advanced space planning expertise to develop functional, cutting-edge designs tailored to client needs. Manage project timelines to ensure each phase is executed efficiently while upholding the highest standards of quality. Oversee project budgets to achieve financial goals and maintain profitability throughout. Collaborate with construction teams to uphold design integrity during all stages of the build process. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and professional updates on project progress. Ensure all project deliverables meet exceptional quality standards with precision and attention to detail. Guarantee compliance with local building codes, regulations, and operator standards for every project. Proactively identify and address project risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize impact. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and sub-consultants to align on objectives and deliverables. Maintain comprehensive understanding of project contractual obligations, including scope, schedule, budget, fees, payment terms, and conditions. Monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency and maintain project profitability.



Qualifications:





8-10 years of experience in hospitality/high end residential/mixed use interior design. Proficiency in space planning. Comprehensive understanding of hotel design and construction processes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop Fluent in English Strong communication & client facing skills Ability to meet tight project deadlines Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative and enjoy working in team environments




Travel



Must have ability, passion and desire to travel to many regions around the world and attend design meetings, kickoffs and major presentations.
