The Senior Project Manager

leads technical projects in digital healthcare, managing all phases from initiation to completion. Working closely with the Project Director, they act as a central liaison between clients, vendors, and solution providers to ensure successful delivery of strategic healthcare solutions. The role will include managing strategic Healthcare solutions projects, defining scope of projects, and taking responsibility for project delivery from initiation to completion.

Manage end-to-end delivery and deployment of solutions across all system layers. Oversee organizational projects and resources, manage the project portfolio, and report to senior management. Prioritize projects in alignment with business strategy. Act as the primary project representative with partners and suppliers. Develop and execute project charters, plans, and milestones. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and related projects to manage dependencies and schedules. Apply project management best practices across risk, quality, budget, resource, change, and stakeholder management. Provide regular progress updates to the PMO, partners, and suppliers. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, using proper project governance. Drive successful outcomes aligned with strategic and operational plans. Facilitate communication and coordination between project managers and stakeholders. Prepare and maintain comprehensive plans for risk, quality, schedule, cost, scope, integration, and change management. Liaise with software development teams, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.

Qualification:-

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Software engineering, or related field. At least 10 years of experience, out of which the last 5 years of project management experience in Digital healthcare , Health insurance technology solutions. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a must
