We are seeking experienced freelance Project Managers specializing in
exhibition stands and events
to oversee projects from concept to execution. The role requires strong client-facing skills, technical knowledge of stand fabrication, and the ability to manage on-site execution under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end exhibition stand and event projects.
Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met.
Supervise production, logistics, and on-site installation.
Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
Collaborate with design, production, and supplier teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing
exhibition stands and events
projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
Based in or available to work in Qatar.
