Minimum 6 years of experience as a project manager in construction industry
( Waterproofing experience will be an advantage)
Major Tasks
Planning , Execution & Develop Project Schedule
Technical management and provide technical solutions
Monitor daily site activities
Conduct inspections before and after the work.
Enforce safety rules and site regulations
Prepare and monitor project budget, control material wastage and manpower.
Coordination with the client.
