Currently, we are actively seeking a talented Project manager/Scrum Master.
Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for day-to-day project management and people management in the offshore delivery center. He/She will also be responsible for the delivery, scope, timeline, project status reporting, and other PM activities. Hands-on knowledge of software development methodologies is essential. Agile knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities will also include: * Scrum ceremonies * Negotiation with the customer and on-site Project Managers (delivery management, requirements management, requirements analysis etc.); * Introduction and enhancements of software development methodologies within the project; * Coordination and collaboration with other projects and QA engineers; * Change management process facilitation; * Team motivation, team building, assessment of project team members.

SKILLS
Must have

8+ years of experience in information technology.
5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum master.
In-depth knowledge of Agile or Scrum practices.
Knowledge of the financial domain
Recognized Scrum Master Certification, preferably PSM-I or CSM.
3+ years of experience in coaching multiple agile teams.
Experience in the BFSI domain, preferably the investment domain.
Proven technical understanding of software landscapes with a high understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of Data Warehouse and data management principles.
Deep Portfolio/backlog management experience - working with stakeholders to drive enhancement prioritization and delivery is required.
Extensive experience with MS Azure DevOps environment.
Solid experience working closely with the product owners, BAs and other project teams as needed.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying seniority. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Prioritizing and organizing your own workload - you'll be reprioritizing wherever needed while also following things up and taking ownership for always moving things as far forward as possible
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

Nice to have
Managing teams that developed and implemented the Databricks data platform. Management of teams involved in the implementation of Advanced Analytics in multinational companies. Experience in SAFE and managing releases.
