Project Manager - High-Security Printing & Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high-security printing and solutions projects. This role involves overseeing initiatives ranging from banknote production and design upgrades to digital tax stamps, track-and-trace systems and blockchain-enabled security solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end project management across high-security printing and digital security solutions.
• Define project scope, milestones, budgets, and success criteria.
• Conduct risk assessments focused on compliance, data integrity, and anti-counterfeiting measures.
• Drive technology integration, including holograms, RFID, QR codes, digital tax stamps, and blockchain solutions.
• Partner with R&D, technology providers, and international suppliers to support secure, scalable innovations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, regulators, and high-profile international clients.
• Ensure adherence to international security, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
• Provide executive-level reports, dashboards, and risk-mitigation strategies.

• 7 years of PM experience in high-security, compliance-driven industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, IT Systems, or Project Management (Master's preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred).
• Proven experience in high-security printing, fintech, government tech, or defence-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and anti-counterfeiting technologies (RFID, blockchain, track-and-trace, digital tax stamps).
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with regulators, central banks, and international clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams in complex environments.
