Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement timelines. Coordinate and collaborate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure on-time delivery of key project milestones.

Procurement & Cost Control:

Liaise with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor and manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and avoiding cost overruns.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, drawings, change orders, and approvals. Provide periodic updates to senior management and prepare project close-out reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred). Minimum 5-8 years' experience managing

interior fit-out projects

in the

commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate sectors

within the

GCC

.

Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of

interior finishes, MEP coordination, joinery

, and material standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in

MS Project, AutoCAD

, and project management tools. Excellent ability to read and interpret

drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Ability to multitask and manage projects under

tight deadlines
