Multiple Positions at Ajman (UAE)

Note: Candidates who are in UAE are preferred, however we are open to sponsor visa to non UAE residents.

1) Project Manager-CRM

Skills: Minimum 15+ years experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM programs.
Enterprise program management experience.
Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Prosci Change Management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and governance.
Familiarity with CRM/Power Platform delivery frameworks.
Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & full lifecycle projects (atleast 3, out of which 2 is as PM) across GCC countries.
Proficiency in Arabic (shall be preferred).

2) Functional Lead - CE & Power Platform

Skills: Minimum 15+ years experience in CRM/Power Platform projects.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insights).
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
Ability to design end?to?end business processes and map them to system capabilities.
Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & atleast 2 full life cycle projects across GCC countries.
Proficiency in Arabic (shall be preferred).

3) Technical Lead- CE

Skills: Minimum 15+ years experience in technical CRM implementations.
Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & full lifecycle projects across GCC countries.
Expertise in CE customization (plugins, web resources, custom connectors).
Strong Power Platform development skills (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).
Knowledge of CE modules to align technical solutions with functional needs.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and environment management.
Arabic speaking (good to have).

4) Data Architect

Skills: Minimum 15+ years experience in data architecture and migration
Proven experience in designing enterprise data platforms and data governance frameworks.
Strong background in data engineering and architecture.
Expertise in Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud data services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines, data migration tools, and data quality management.
Skilled in data modeling, analytics, and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Arabic speaking (good to have).
Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & full lifecycle projects (atleast 2 as Data Architect) across GCC countries.

5) D365, PP Architect

Skills: Minimum 15+ years experience in enterprise CRM architecture.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of scalability, performance tuning, and environment strategy.
Ability to design reusable frameworks and governance models.
Expertise in SAP IS-U, GIS, payment gateway integrations.
Arabic speaking (good to have).
Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & full lifecycle projects (atleast 2 as D365 Architect) across GCC countries.
