Title: Project Manager - Finance Systems UpgradeLocation: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two high-impact finance systems upgrade initiatives for a well-established organization in the region. This role sits within the Finance function and plays a key part in delivering critical technology transformation programs.
About the Projects:Microsoft Dynamics UpgradeTransition from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2004 to Dynamics 365Delivered with a dedicated systems integrator, separate from the Oracle programProject duration: approximately 6 monthsHyperion UpgradeDelivered alongside the current Oracle program using the existing systems integratorProject duration: approximately 8-9 months
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of finance system upgradesDevelop and manage project plans, budgets, and governance structuresCoordinate cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and third-party vendorsDrive stakeholder communication, risk management, and issue resolutionOversee testing, change management, training, and business readinessEnsure successful delivery aligned with strategic business goals
Candidate Profile:Demonstrated experience managing ERP or finance system upgrade projectsSolid understanding of finance processes; techno-functional expertise is an advantageStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProactive and delivery-focused with the ability to navigate complex environmentsIndustry background in construction, real estate, or other project-driven sectors is beneficial
