Core Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution
Lead multiple civil projects simultaneously.
Oversee execution from foundation to handover.
Enforce deadlines, manage scope, and ensure profitability.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities.
Handle approvals, inspections, and technical meetings.

Budget & Cost Control
Prepare detailed BOQs, track expenditures, and control cost overruns.
Analyze project cash flow and cost-to-complete reports.

Site Supervision & Quality Assurance
Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site audits and rectify quality deviations.

Team Management & Labour Handling
Assign responsibilities and KPIs to site teams.
Resolve conflicts, motivate staff, and build a high-performance culture.
