We are looking for a highly organized and experienced

Project Manager

to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while managing resources and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project schedules and work plans. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or targets as needed. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Manage risks and issues and develop mitigation plans. Prepare project status reports and present them to senior management and stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven working experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager in [Construction, Engineering, IT, etc. -- adjust based on your industry]. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
