The Project Manager - Pool & Landscape will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and delivering swimming pool and landscape projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes within time and budget.
Plan, schedule, and execute pool and landscape projects according to approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare project timelines, work programs, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
2. Client & Consultant Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.
Attend project meetings and present progress updates.
Address and resolve technical issues raised by clients or consultants.
3. Site Management
Ensure all site works (civil, MEP, pool installation, landscaping, irrigation, soft and hard landscape works) are executed as per standards.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Technical Expertise
Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and method statements.
Ensure correct installation of pool MEP systems, filtration systems, pumps, lighting, and waterproofing.
Oversee landscape elements: planting, irrigation networks, hardscape works, and finishing.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control
Monitor project costs and prepare cost forecasts.
Coordinate with procurement for material selection and vendor negotiations.
Prevent cost overruns by efficient resource management.
6. Quality Control
Ensure all works meet industry standards and company quality requirements.
Conduct inspections and follow up on snag lists.
Ensure proper testing and commissioning of pool systems.
7. Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain all project-related documentation, approvals, and handover files.
Report delays, risks, and progress issues to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in pool & landscape projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of pool filtration systems, MEP works, waterproofing, landscape soft & hard works.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and site management abilities.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Additional Preference
British nationality (preferred due to client communication and project representation).
Experience in high-end villa, and Residential landscaping projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
