Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of swimming pool and related civil (G+1) works.
Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Plan and schedule project activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Supervise site teams and ensure work quality and safety compliance.
Monitor material procurement, cost control, and progress reports.
Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field.
Valid G+1 Dubai Municipality License
(mandatory).
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in swimming pool and landscape projects in the UAE.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
.
UAE Driving License preferred.
