Qualifications Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the built environment or construction industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Advanced project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira)
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Proven conflict resolution experience and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PMBOK, ISO 21500)
• Strong analytical and financial management skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
