QualificationsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the built environment or construction industry
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Advanced project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira)
Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and vendor management
Proven conflict resolution experience and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., PMBOK, ISO 21500)
Strong analytical and financial management skills
Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
