Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor for renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. The candidate must have solid local experience, know how things work on UAE sites, and be able to manage projects from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise renovation and fit-out projects on site.
- Plan work schedules and control quality, cost, and timing.
- Recruit and manage a team of workers and technicians.
- Check quality of completed work and approve it.
- Handle technical issues: plumbing, electrical, AC, and finishing.
- Source and deal with local suppliers, factories and subcontractors.
- Solve construction problems on site quickly and efficiently.
- Be familiar with high-end materials, tools and technologies.
- Report project status and updates to management.
