Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver fitout projects in line with client requirements.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior fitout project management.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fitout processes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
