Job Opening: Senior Project Manager (15+ Years Experience)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced

Senior Project Manager

to join our team

immediately

for upcoming projects in Sharjah.

Requirements:

Minimum

15 years of experience

in civil engineering, with strong knowledge of

UAE construction practices

, particularly

residential and high-rise buildings

. Proven experience in

managing high-rise building projects

from inception to completion. Extensive experience in

handling and managing subcontractors

, including performance monitoring and enforcement of contractual obligations. Strong experience in

coordinating MEP works

(mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) with civil and architectural activities. Demonstrated ability to

enforce strong planning and scheduling controls

on subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines. Proven track record of

delivering projects on time and within approved budgets

. Registered member of the

UAE Society of Engineers

(mandatory). Approved as an

Unlimited Engineer by Sharjah Municipality

(mandatory). Strong background in managing construction sites, coordinating with authorities, and leading multidisciplinary project teams. Thorough understanding of

local regulations, technical documentation, and site execution requirements

.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring effective planning, execution, and performance control. Coordinate closely with

consultants, clients, and government authorities

, including Sharjah Municipality. Manage and coordinate

MEP works

to ensure seamless integration with structural and architectural works. Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure timely delivery within the approved budget. Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project quality standards. Prepare and manage project reports, documentation, and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
