Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution within the IT division, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires strong coordination between the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously from initiation to completion. Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and project scope. Work with the technical team to plan resources, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and handle any issues or escalations proactively. Conduct project status meetings and prepare progress reports for internal and client review. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction. Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements for future projects. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and admin teams for project-related needs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field.

Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in IT services or solutions. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, software, and system
implementation projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or any project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results. UAE Driving License and own car - preferred / considered an advantage. PMP certification will be an added advantage.
