Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to handle interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project planning, client coordination, site supervision, technical reviews, procurement follow-up, and overall project delivery. This role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on site experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Conduct project meetings and ensure timely approvals on drawings, materials, and variations. Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules as required.

Site Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and manpower to ensure productivity and quality. Verify site measurements, layout marking, and resolve technical/site issues. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Technical Review & Documentation

Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with design teams for clarifications on discrepancies. Prepare and maintain project documentation: daily reports, IRs, method statements, and site logs. Assist in handover documentation including warranties and test reports.

Material Management & Procurement

Prepare material requisitions and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries. Inspect and verify delivered materials for quality and compliance. Track material usage and support cost control measures.

Quality Control

Ensure all interior fit-out works meet the required standards, including partitions, joinery, ceilings, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination. Identify defects and follow up on rectifications promptly.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a primary contact for clients during execution. Provide updates through progress reports and meetings. Manage expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery works, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD proficiency required). Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DM, DCD, DDA, etc.). Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera (optional). Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
