Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Project Manager

to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards--while maintaining excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning to handover. Develop project programs, budgets, and resource plans. Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

Coordination & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth information flow. Chair project meetings and issue progress reports and meeting minutes. Manage client expectations and address technical or operational challenges proactively.

Cost & Quality Control

Review and approve BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings. Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Implement quality assurance procedures and resolve defects efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.

2-5years

of proven experience in interior fit-out project management (commercial, retail, or hospitality projects preferred). Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
