Project Manager - Water & Wastewater Treatment(STP/WWTP)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in sewage and water treatment infrastructure? We're seeking a results-driven professional to lead a high-impact STP project from concept to commissioning.
Role Overview:
Take full ownership of a
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) project,
overseeing all phases including design, execution, and handover. You'll coordinate with internal teams, clients, and authorities to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Key Duties:
Manage complete lifecycle of
STP/WWTP projects
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
Monitor project timelines using Primavera or MS Project
Review and approve technical submissions (drawings, materials, methods)
Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and cash flow
Ensure regulatory compliance (DEWA, SEWA, ADM, etc.)
Lead stakeholder meetings and report to senior management
Handle contract variations, claims, and FIDIC-based administration
Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
10+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects
5+ years in UAE/GCC
Strong knowledge of MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP technologies
Experience with lump sum and design-build contracts
Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD
Excellent leadership and communication skills
UAE driving license preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
