We Waterproofing Company based in Sharjah are in search of a Project Manager for leading and coordinating all aspects of waterproofing projects, coordinates with foreman and Engineers from initial planning to final execution till final settlement of the projects.
Develop project scope, timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with Team Members and Main contractors.
Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to the budget.
Communicate with Clients, Subcontractors and internal Teams providing regular updates to
General Manager.
Ensure that all waterproofing work is completed to the required standards.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their
satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication both in English and Arabic.
Ability to identify and resolve project issues, including material shortages, delays or
technical problems.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals, creating a positive and productive work environment.
SALARY WILL BE DISCUSSED UPON INTERVIEW
DRIVING LICENSE ( Having Own vehicle is an added advantage )
