Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Project Manager / Branch Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our construction and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

civil engineering

, with extensive experience in managing both construction and interior design projects within the UAE market. This role requires leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to drive growth within the branch. The candidate should have a deep understanding of construction processes, interior design trends, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle for construction and interior design projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Lead a team of engineers, designers, and project staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements. Manage branch operations, including resource allocation, logistics, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Monitor and ensure the implementation of safety protocols and quality assurance across all projects. Prepare and submit project proposals, status reports, and presentations to senior management and clients. Resolve any on-site issues related to construction and design efficiently. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BTech)

from a recognized institution. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in a similar role (Project Manager / Branch Manager) in the

construction and interior design sector

in the UAE. Solid understanding of the UAE construction market, local regulations, and industry trends. Experience managing

large-scale construction

projects and

interior design

work. Strong leadership and team management skills. Male candidates preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

UAE driving license

is mandatory. Fluency in

English, Hindi

is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
