Job Description

Act as both Project Manager and Scrum Master to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Drive Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.

Manage full lifecycle delivery for enterprise website build, including UX, UI, content workflows, multi-language adaptation, CMS development, CRM integration, personalization, and analytics/SEO.

Oversee retainer operations using a PMO-integrated delivery model, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, including client teams, internal squads, and third-party vendors.

Handle minor enhancements and major roadmap initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Support campaign landing page delivery and ensure SLA compliance for requests and incident resolutions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams: designers, developers, content strategists, analysts, QA engineers, and third-party vendors.

Serve as the primary client point of contact for project updates, dependencies, risks, and approvals.

Ensure on-time delivery through proactive risk management and efficient sprint execution.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience delivering digital projects in an agency or consultancy environment

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

Expertise in Agile project delivery and waterfall-hybrid models for multi-workstream management

Familiarity with enterprise-scale CMS platforms

Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and strategically aligned.

Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication.

Solutions oriented and analytical - able to preemptively

flag issues before they arise.

Experience handling retainer accounts with multiple stakeholders and ongoing enhancements (PMO integrated model)

Familiarity with SEO, analytics (GA4, GTM), CRM integrations, personalization tools

Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Experience using tools like Jira, Airtable, Figma, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Cloud (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
